ABOUT US
Our church was founded in 1960 to serve northwest Atlanta’s growing population. The congregation first met for worship in the “Red Barn,” which was located at Northside Drive and West Conway Drive. Over 60 years later, our community spanning multiple generations has grown in faith, fellowship, and friendship together all on a beautiful 12-acre campus just 3 minutes away from Chastain Park.

Northwest Presbyterian is a neighborhood church with a big heart…for God, each other, our community, and our world. With a "small town feel in the big city", and we welcome anyone exploring their faith with open arms.

Northwest Presbyterian extends a warm, welcoming hand of hospitality to visitors and guests. Worship begins at 10:30 am in our Sanctuary. Our greeters and ushers are available to answer questions and help you feel comfortable.
We are intentional in our efforts to reach out to the community, open wide our doors, and make
everyone--visitors and members alike--feel welcome here no matter where you are on your faith
journey.
