SERVICES & SERMONS

Join us for worship on Sundays at 10:30 am. Our service is traditional, but not stuffy or formal. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the church family is welcoming. Come as you are—we'd love to have you! Not able to make it this week? No problem. Stream the service live on YouTube and follow along with our weekly bulletin.

VISITORS: WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Order of Worship follows the Reformed tradition, with our pastors leading us in worship for approximately an hour. Occasionally during the year, we welcome a guest minister to the pulpit. We celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month.  In addition to Sunday worship, we gather at special times of the church year, including on Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday to commemorate the Last Supper, Good Friday commemorating the Crucifixion of Christ, and on Christmas Eve for a candle-light service in anticipation of the Lord's birth.

LIVESTREAM OUR SERVICE

Under the weather? Traveling? Stream our Sunday Worship wherever you are starting at 10:30am on Sundays. Wherever you are in the world, we welcome you to join us in worship.

  • What time is the service and where should I park?
Our Sunday Service starts at 10:30am. We are located at 4300 Northside Dr. NW, Atlanta, GA 30327, and our church campus has ample parking. For handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility, it is best to park in the lot that can be accessed off Northside Drive. We have additional parking available in the campus entrance off of West Conway Drive.
  • I have children. What should I know?
Children are welcome at Northwest! Roughly 20 minutes into our service is our weekly children's sermon, after which children between the ages of 4 years old and 5th grade are escorted to the Children's Building for Sunday school. Parents may pick up their children from the Children's Building following the worship service." For children 3 and under, we also offer nursery services during Sunday School as well as our service. If you have teenage children, you can also learn more about our Sunday Evening youth group here. You can learn more about how we keep your children safe on our campus below.
  • What makes Northwest's service special?
Our members love Northwest for our small community feel, where members can offer up announcements, celebrations, and prayer concerns during the service. During the 'passing of the peace' you'll also notice members moving beyond just their pew neighbors to share a welcome and hello with members of their church family. Finally, our music is well-loved by our membership, often featuring songs played on our organ, grand piano, and sung by our choir. Members additionally often offer up their own 'gift of music', so in our services you may also hear everything from guitar to cello to violin and handbells!
  • Where can I find recordings of past services? Do you live-stream services?
All our weekly services are live-streamed so that members can worship wherever they may be! All our live-streams and past sermons can be found on our YouTube Channel here.
