GIVE TO NORTHWEST

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:7

GIVE ONLINE

For the glory of God and the strengthening of our ministries and mission, we ask members to give prayerful consideration and commit to the financial support of the church.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

True to our Mission Statement, our members are about making a difference. . . in our church, our community, and beyond. Consider sharing your talents by giving the gift of time.

SHARE YOUR TALENTS

Individuals are encouraged to offer their gifts through song or instrumental participation in worship. Special musical offerings are welcomed and coordinated by the Director of Music.

WHERE WE SERVE

At Northwest Presbyterian, we affirm and bear out our faith by extending ourselves into the community and world through deeds. Members can make a difference in a variety of local, regional, and global service projects.

1

Clifton Night Shelter

Started in 1979, the shelter provides meals, beds, and a sense of community to as many as 36 men every night of the year. Northwest Presbyterian provides volunteers on the fourth Saturday of every other month (February, April, June, August, October, and December) from 6:00-10:00 p.m. Volunteers provide food and fellowship.

2

Central Presbyterian Night Shelter

Join volunteers from Northwest as they deliver and serve meals for 75 or more homeless men at Central Presbyterian Night Shelter. Or, assist in our annual ditty bag project. Each fall, members prepare bags with toiletries, gloves, socks, hats, and other necessities. The bags are distributed to the men at their evening meal.

3

Agape Community Center

An outreach of Trinity Presbyterian Church, this ministry helps build community by offering programs for children, disabled persons, older adults, and families in the Bolton Road area. Northwest Presbyterian volunteers serve as tutors for the after-school enrichment program (grades K-12). Northwest members also provide and serve food periodically.
